My experience spans the gambit of public work in the natural resources industry, project managing for a digital marketing agency, planning and running a science fiction convention, serving on the board—and skating—for a roller derby team, among many other things. All these life opportunities, and my unyielding hobby of poking dead things with sticks, have taught me what it takes to make projects successful and how to spot challenges.
